Dr. RÓZSA A member of the Budapest Bar Association since 2009. His main areas of expertise include corporate and company law, commercial contract law, intellectual property law, and real estate law.
He completed his studies at Pázmány Péter Catholic University and Jean Moulin Lyon III University.
After gaining experience in the courts, he worked for over 12 years in a law firm with an international clientele, using Hungarian, English, and French as working languages across various fields of business law. He also worked in Paris within the training framework of the Paris Bar Association (Cabinet d’Avocats Alérion, Paris). He regularly advises several major construction companies, and has been involved in numerous legal due diligence processes, company acquisitions, and significant international transactions. He has successfully represented clients before the Constitutional Court and the Supreme Court of Hungary (Kúria) on multiple occasions. He has completed all coursework (absolutorium) at the Doctoral School of the Faculty of Law and the Catechist Program of the Faculty of Theology at Pázmány Péter Catholic University.
